Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
LUO B&B Entertainment LLC collects, uses, and discloses personal information about Canadian residents in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation, including Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA BC).
We collect personal information only with your knowledge and consent, except where otherwise permitted or required by law. Your consent may be express (written or verbal) or implied based on the context of our relationship. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide certain services to you.
We limit the collection of personal information to what is necessary for the identified purposes. We do not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with your consent or as required by law.
Your Rights Under Canadian Privacy Law
Subject to applicable law, Canadian residents have the right to: (1) access the personal information we hold about you; (2) correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information; (3) withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information; and (4) challenge our compliance with applicable privacy laws by contacting our Privacy Officer.

Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
LUO B&B Entertainment LLC complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), S.C. 2010, c. 23. We will only send commercial electronic messages (CEMs) — including emails, SMS/text messages, and other electronic communications — to Canadian recipients who have provided express or implied consent as defined under CASL.
Express consent is obtained when you affirmatively opt in to receive communications from us, such as by submitting our contact form and checking a consent box, or by verbally agreeing to receive messages from a LUO B&B representative. Implied consent may exist where you have an existing business relationship with us, such as an active or recently expired corporate housing or entertainment services agreement.
Every CEM we send to Canadian recipients will include: (a) clear identification of LUO B&B Entertainment LLC as the sender; (b) our mailing address and contact information; and (c) a functional unsubscribe mechanism that processes your request within 10 business days.
You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from our commercial electronic messages at any time by: replying STOP to any SMS message; clicking the unsubscribe link in any email; or contacting us directly at [email protected]. We will process your request within 10 business days as required by CASL.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions outside Canada. When we transfer personal information outside Canada, we take steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection, including through contractual safeguards with our service providers. By providing your personal information to us, you acknowledge that it may be transferred outside Canada and processed in accordance with this disclosure.
Australia
Privacy Act 1988 · Spam Act 2003
Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
LUO B&B Entertainment LLC handles personal information about Australian residents in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This section supplements our Privacy Policy and describes our obligations and your rights under Australian law.
We collect personal information only by lawful and fair means, and only where it is reasonably necessary for our functions and activities. Where practicable, we collect personal information directly from you. We will notify you of the purposes for which we collect your personal information at or before the time of collection.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. When personal information is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
Your Rights Under Australian Privacy Law
Subject to applicable law, Australian residents have the right to: (1) access the personal information we hold about you; (2) correct personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading; and (3) complain about a breach of the APPs to us or to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
To exercise your access or correction rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for making a request, but may charge a reasonable fee for providing access in some circumstances.
If you are not satisfied with our response to a privacy complaint, you may lodge a complaint with the OAIC at www.oaic.gov.au or by calling 1300 363 992. The OAIC may investigate your complaint and make a determination.
Spam Act 2003 (Cth) Compliance
LUO B&B Entertainment LLC complies with Australia's Spam Act 2003 (Cth). We will only send commercial electronic messages — including emails and SMS/text messages — to Australian recipients who have provided express or inferred consent as defined under the Spam Act.
Express consent is obtained when you affirmatively opt in to receive communications from us. Inferred consent may exist where you have a pre-existing business or other relationship with us that would reasonably lead you to expect to receive such messages.
Every commercial electronic message we send to Australian recipients will: (a) clearly identify LUO B&B Entertainment LLC as the sender; (b) include our contact information; and (c) contain a functional unsubscribe facility that is honoured within 5 business days.
You may unsubscribe from our commercial electronic messages at any time by: replying STOP to any SMS message; clicking the unsubscribe link in any email; or contacting us directly at [email protected]. We will process your request within 5 business days as required by the Spam Act.
Cross-Border Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose your personal information to overseas recipients, including service providers located in the United States. Before doing so, we take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients do not breach the APPs in relation to your information. Under APP 8.1, we are accountable for the handling of your personal information by overseas recipients.
Spain
GDPR · LOPDGDD
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD)
LUO B&B Entertainment LLC processes personal data of individuals located in Spain in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR) and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). This section supplements our Privacy Policy and describes our obligations and your rights under Spanish and EU law.
We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so. Lawful bases we rely on include: (a) your consent; (b) performance of a contract with you; (c) compliance with a legal obligation; and (d) our legitimate interests, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless adequate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or the recipient country has been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection.
Your Rights Under Spanish and EU Law
Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, individuals located in Spain have the right to: (1) access the personal data we hold about you; (2) rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data; (3) erasure ('right to be forgotten') of your personal data in certain circumstances; (4) restriction of processing in certain circumstances; (5) data portability in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format; (6) object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing; and (7) not be subject to solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Spain's data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.
Electronic Communications — Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE)
Commercial electronic communications sent to recipients in Spain are also governed by Spain's Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). We will only send commercial electronic messages — including emails and SMS/text messages — to Spanish recipients who have provided prior express consent, except where an existing commercial relationship permits communications about similar products or services.
Every commercial message will clearly identify LUO B&B Entertainment LLC as the sender and include a simple, free mechanism to opt out of future communications. GDPR · Loi Informatique et Libertés
GDPR and French Data Protection Law (Loi Informatique et Libertés)
LUO B&B Entertainment LLC processes personal data of individuals located in France in accordance with the GDPR and France's Loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l'informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés (Loi Informatique et Libertés), as amended by Loi n° 2018-493 to implement the GDPR. This section supplements our Privacy Policy and describes our obligations and your rights under French and EU law.
We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis under Article 6 of the GDPR. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without adequate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
French law also grants individuals the right to issue post-mortem instructions regarding the retention, deletion, and communication of their personal data after their death. You may exercise this right by contacting us at [email protected].
Your Rights Under French and EU Law
Under the GDPR and French data protection law, individuals located in France have the right to: (1) access your personal data; (2) rectify inaccurate data; (3) erasure in certain circumstances; (4) restriction of processing; (5) data portability; (6) object to processing; (7) not be subject to solely automated decision-making; and (8) issue post-mortem instructions regarding your data.

Electronic Communications — French Law (LCEN / Code des postes et communications électroniques)
Commercial electronic communications to recipients in France are governed by the Loi pour la Confiance dans l'Économie Numérique (LCEN) and the Code des postes et communications électroniques. We will only send commercial electronic messages to French recipients who have provided prior express consent (opt-in), except where an existing customer relationship permits communications about similar products or services.

UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
LUO B&B Entertainment LLC processes personal data of individuals located in the United Kingdom in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018). The UK GDPR is the retained version of the EU GDPR as it forms part of UK law following the UK's departure from the European Union. This section supplements our Privacy Policy and describes our obligations and your rights under UK law.
We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis under Article 6 of the UK GDPR. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Transfers of personal data from the UK to third countries (including the United States) are made only where adequate safeguards are in place, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR)
Electronic marketing communications sent to recipients in the United Kingdom are also governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR). We will only send marketing emails and SMS/text messages to UK recipients who have provided prior express consent (opt-in), except where the 'soft opt-in' applies — that is, where you have previously purchased or enquired about similar services from us and we are marketing similar services, and you have been given a clear opportunity to opt out.

LUO B&B Entertainment LLC collects, processes, and uses personal data of individuals located in Taiwan in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法, PDPA) and its enforcement rules. This section supplements our Privacy Policy and describes our obligations and your rights under Taiwanese law.
We collect personal data only for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes and do not process it in a manner incompatible with those purposes. We will notify you of the purpose of collection, the type of personal data collected, your rights under the PDPA, and the consequences of not providing the data, at or before the time of collection.
International transfers of personal data from Taiwan to the United States are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations. We take appropriate contractual and technical measures to ensure your personal data receives adequate protection when transferred internationally.
Your Rights Under Taiwan's PDPA
Under Taiwan's PDPA, individuals have the right to: (1) inquire about and review the personal data we hold about you; (2) request a copy of your personal data; (3) supplement or correct inaccurate personal data; (4) request cessation of collection, processing, or use of your personal data; and (5) request deletion of your personal data.

Commercial electronic communications to recipients in Taiwan are subject to the PDPA and applicable regulations on electronic commerce. We will only send commercial electronic messages — including emails and SMS/text messages — to Taiwanese recipients who have provided prior express consent or where a legitimate business relationship exists.

We collect personal data only for lawful purposes directly related to our functions and activities, and only to the extent necessary for those purposes. We will notify you of the purpose of collection and the classes of persons to whom your data may be transferred, at or before the time of collection, by means of a Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS).
We take all practicable steps to protect personal data from unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss, or use. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.
Your Rights Under Hong Kong's PDPO
Under the PDPO, individuals have the right to: (1) request access to personal data we hold about you (Data Access Request); (2) request correction of inaccurate personal data (Data Correction Request); and (3) opt out of the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

We may charge a fee for processing Data Access Requests in certain circumstances. Direct Marketing and Electronic Communications — Hong Kong
Under Part 6A of the PDPO, we may only use your personal data for direct marketing purposes if we have obtained your consent. Before using your data for direct marketing, we will inform you of the intended use, the classes of marketing subjects, and the classes of persons to whom your data may be provided for direct marketing, and obtain your written consent.
Commercial electronic communications sent to recipients in Hong Kong are also subject to the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance (Cap. 593) (UEMO). We will only send commercial electronic messages — including emails and SMS/text messages — to Hong Kong recipients who have provided prior express consent or where an existing business relationship permits such communications.
